Some services we provide may require access to client-controlled business platforms or accounts.

Payment Authorization

Any deposit, remaining balance, or future payment is processed in accordance with the applicable invoice, signed service agreement, payment authorization, or other agreement between the client and ZTown Media.

Our payment portal does not replace the payment terms contained in those agreements.

Two publishing notes

Subscript

I would use this policy as the Privacy Policy URL you submit to Intuit, because it covers the entire company while still clearly explaining the QuickBooks Payments integration.

Superscript

I would keep the payment Terms / End User Agreement separate. That document should stay focused on use of pay.ztownmedia.com, payment authorization, future authorized charges, ACH, processing fees, Intuit's role, and liability. Your original payment-app draft already established that distinction correctly.

Emphasis

I also intentionally avoided naming your CRM, automation, lead-gen, analytics, advertising, and meeting tools individually. That keeps the policy accurate if you change providers later. Intuit is the main exception because it directly handles the sensitive payment credentials.
